FarSight Studios

Located in Big Bear, California, FarSight Studios is an experienced developer of videogames. Originally founded in 1989, FarSight Studios and its staff have been developing top products across console, portable, PC and self-contained gaming platforms. When it comes to developing new and innovative technology, FarSight lives up to its name for having developed high performance game engines for each of the next generation gaming platforms.

Over the years FarSight has helped to establish many successful franchises, such as Pinball Hall of Fame for Crave, football, Sega Sports’ NFL games for the Genesis and NCAA college football games for EA. Its NCAA '99 won the Editors' Choice Award from PC Gamer magazine and was honored as runner-up "Sports Game of the Year" at the Game Developers Conference in 1999. Its PlayTV Madden Football toy was nominated for Electronic Entertainment Toy of the Year in 2004 by the Toy Industry Association.
