Centerscore was incorporated in March of 2000 and began as a creator of multi-player internet games. The company has since completely transitioned to being a cell phone game developer.
In September of 2006, the company became a part of the Vivendi Games family as an official studio working inside the company's studio structure. As a result, members of its studio work directly in the intersection of two of the hottest fields - games and mobile technology.
