Divided into six sub-divisions, the Total Entertainment team consists of TES Department 1 (Directed by Akinori Nishiyama), TES Department 2 (Directed by Akira Nishino), TES Department 3 (Yuji Naka's personal division), Content Mobile R&D (Directed by Kazunari Tsukamoto), SEGA Studio USA (Directed by Takashi Iizuka), and SEGA Studio Clouded (Directed by Makoto Uchida).
Founded in early 2005, the consolidated studio's earliest projects include Sakura Taisen V and Phantasy Star Universe.
