'Hey guys! What do you think of my new handheld?'
Fargo: Earlier today the debate grew heated here at GameSpy. We all loved the gi-normous screen, but was the PSP too big to fit in your pocket? I argued that it was. "It's just too big to carry around, unless you wear a fanny pack, like those freaks. You know, the freaks who wear fanny packs," I claimed.
Sluggo was of a different opinion. "It's really not that big," he said, comparing it with a DS (also quite large, by portable standards). "It's pocket-sized."
There was only one way to find out: I had to put that sucker in my pocket. Fortunately our Console Editor Bryn had imported the PSP and it was sitting at his desk while he was off running around somewhere. I grabbed that big boy and -- you'd be interested to know -- it does fit in my pocket, and I can even sit down with it in there. I wouldn't want it in the same pocket as my keys, for fear of scratching it up, but it works.
At that moment, however, Bryn walked in to find us gathered around his desk. "Don't mind us," I said. "We're just shoving the PSP down our pants."
